LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Transamerica Retirement Services announced today that its plan participant website has received an “Excellent” designation through DALBAR’s fourth quarter Defined Contribution WebMonitor program, outperforming 43 other retirement plan provider websites rated in the study. Transamerica’s 90.02 score represents the highest WebMonitor score achieved by a plan participant website in the study’s history and the first time a company has surpassed the 90-point mark since DALBAR began scoring in 2008.
